Base salary is low Promotions are not initiated on time due which employee gets frustrated and start searching for the new job

They give don't much work, so work life balance is good. Very good job security. After Covid (I joined as a fresher on Dec 2019 ),I have been working in home only

...micro-manages, for one project I faced this problem and current project is good Salary/ Perks/ Appraisal are very less

Job security is good and there are opportunities to go in different fields. Salary compensation is also good.

Although there are opportunities, your manager might not push you or let u go to that specific team. Currently home is as low as 10% for promotions and saving on appraisal.

First of all they provide permanent WFH facility. And also in some process there is no work load. And there is ample of food stall outside campus. There is sports facilities everyday you can play cricket, Badminton’s etc.

Dislikes

There is issue in CTC so don’t go blindly on package by seeing offer letter sound goods, but what heat in bank account that’s matter.There is too much deduction from CTC. And and somewhere management also not that much good. There is no cafeteria in tower 7 NTT building. So even a cup of tea also you have to go outside, it’s very difficult in rainy season to go outside.
