Dislikes

Recently they are hugely on cost cutting. Delayed promotions. They do not care that because of their wrong promotion timelines it wastes a lot of time and career opportunities of employees. They keep delaying promotion results on purpose it seems to cut costs for the quarter. Such delay and false hope keeps employee engaged longer in same lower role for a year and in the end feels like time wasted. If I had clarity that this is how career path going to go, I would have thought of better options about 1 year ago. Too high workload, workload is always on fire.

Except the Compensation nothing else is good,

  • Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

senior managers need a target every year to terminate, no work ethics they do not know what KPI is and measured if 15 team members is there and all meet their targets which is productivity, no errors etc however is last in the stack is put on PIP Which is not ideal for the end user Scorecards that cannot be automated by the l4 manager is considered as a negative point and the manager is removed from the company

I joined on sep 2020 as a contractual employee but due to god grace got converted to permanent employee during 2020 21 the work culture the management level was good but slowly things got changed.

...No promotions i’m working as customer support associate for almost 4 years No proper salary hike Managerial level people will make us work as a robot Work life balance is gone because the shift gets changed on monthly basis We are forced to work overtime and extra time during peak days will get extra payment but its very difficult to work as the call flow will be high and no time for us to take rest

Contractual job bulk hire only to insult the people in need and barely pays anything, people here are worst and care least about new employees because they know very well they will be kicking you out in 2-3 months itself. NO JOB SECURITY OR PAY. I HAVE 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE AND WAS OFFERED 2.89 LPA ONLY . Worst , please avoid joining this company , bigger the name worst it is.
