Managers are really good and friendly, once or thrice a week you will have managers meeting to discuss about your problems, they can do anything to help the employees. Such a employee friendly company. Good work-life balance and if you are a hard worker you will be given perks. Please think twice before resigning.

The only thing which I don't like is for the average employees the growth is less and skill development is quite low. I feel higher management should look after this so that each and every employee can grow.

The salary is provided on time, and there are opportunities to access courses for learning new skills. However, we often don't have time to dedicate to learning during shift hours, as this role requires us to be in front of the laptop for the entire shift.

The management is very toxic, and the leadership is performing poorly in managing metrics, making employees work like robots. The main goal of this ML Data Associate role is to teach machines how to perform annotations, which should be done by humans. However, while humans naturally make mistakes, the company expects employees to work with 100% accuracy under very tough metrics, making the job extremely stressful. There is no work-life balance, and I would definitely not recommend this job to freshers, as it could ruin their careers despite being at a big company. Please avoid.
