Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a contractual bond of 6 month before which you cannot resign. On the job training is given to new joinees. And job security is just average as they can discontinue your employment as per their business requirements.

The contract employees do not have job security they didn't get converted full time role after giving their full efforts....

All the assets needed for setting up and working is provided by Amazon. The management is understanding and helpful. The benefits are great. A lot of OT are available and the management supports your research and helps you with feedbacks and it's always there to support you. They help you grow. The work and life balance is good because once your work is over you can carry on your personal work and there wouldn't be any disturbance.

Dislikes

There are a lot of posts in which I would like the company to give the option of salary negotiation to the employees, atleast to the ones who are experienced and have knowledge about work culture.

Salary is top notch. Really impressive Benefits. Communication is the most important factor. No job security if you're on contract role.

Dislikes

Contract roles are not secure. You may lose the job anytime. Performance is solely based on scores and not your talent. You fail to reach the performance target and you're out.

Only the salary compared to other companies is "ok" not a huge difference but a very slightly better.

Dislikes

They asked us to select permanent wfh or wfo. People from different "States" selected permanent work from home after which they are now asking to move to Karnataka state only to work from home from there. Total torture and stupidity. Answer to why they are doing this is "business requirements" when asked. One more thing, if you have a bad imune system, you must not work at Amazon as you cannot seek promotion or any sought of growth or good apraisal being in Amazon as if you become sick, you will need sick leave. If you take sick leave, they call it UPL(Unplanned leave). If you take UPL, you are not even eligible for any interviews for internal promotions.
