Please do not apply for this even if your friends recommended it ( they just get bonus when your selected so they’re pushing you to apply ) no csa is happy to work here . All of my friends moved out ( actually they were terminated because of not maintaining the goal )

...out here but we cannot grow here. IJB provided by the company is just name sake. They don't really offer any good compensation or growth in the company. To take care of my baby I opted working here from home. And that worked out well

I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. Another wonderful point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but the growth is slow. It takes time for one individual to grow.

The benefits and leaves are all satisfactory. Job security is there. Salary given on time.

...the TM's discretion even though we have 40+ leaves per year. Zero career growth. In the name of IJP nothing will be done and salary increment will be 3% which is very less for a billion dollar company. For any medical conditions Medical certificate is not enough, you have to submit your whole medical records and also provide an end date of "when you will be cured"
