... work at is great. Depending upon your leadership and team you will learn a lot. Salary and benefits are on time. If you are lucky you get either good or smart (cant be both) colleagues.

Dislikes

Post lockdown I feel like this is a new Amazon. I feel a strong disconnection from leadership to ground level. The managers I worked in India team were not only brilliant but great mentors but unfortunately cant say that anymore for US teams. Hiring bar for L5+ leaders have significantly gone down. And this creates a big.impact. Growth is extremely slow and only the best of the best or the ones who have mastered the art of creating visibility will grow.

...verage. I have seen alot examples who were promoted earlier from earth to space. Since the covid was started they helped their employees with the mandatory precautions kits, annual bonus as well and the office still not resumes. This is the honest review. I'll not share the reason to leave because it should be confidential but yes Amazon gives me alot memories, 2 friends like brothers and a relevant experience. That's all I can say about Amazon and never say anything bad about your job coz you never know it could be the only source of income of few families. So far my experience with Amazon was excellent, 4.5 stars rating out of 5

1. Flexibility in terms of work. 2. No dress code for working. 3. Noone is interested in knowin you outside of work (that's excellent for minding our own biz) 4. Lots of things to learn everyday, interms of the COE which you might be in. 5. Managers are forced to be supportive, even when they don't want to...

Dislikes

...f you fail on point 3, they'll put you on PIP and try their best to fire you. 5. I was in depression and started having anxiety and epilepsy because of stress and they made me leave and later for FnF asked me to pay upfront 1.6 L and I was not having any money to give them, so they didn't provide me experience letter. 6. Everyone will act as if they're really nice and kind, don't be naive and fall for it. Your weaknesses would be later used against you. 7. If you decide to quit, be ready to have some large chunck of money to pay them pack or they will threaten you with legal notices. In my case, I told I have a lawyer to support me and I threatened to sue them (cuz I left on medical grounds)

...lance. Once you complete your 8 hour of shift, no will force you to do overtime. If you want to do overtime, then the compensation is really very good which is also good thing.

The only thing I dislike was the certain people I worked with. Because of them some time of mine was not at memorable in amazon.

The office infrastructure is better than other. However, now a days start up are more fancier than Amazon.

Dislikes

...etitive work culture but there is no recognition no matter how much you give in. The expectation is to work for long working hours without any extra pay.
