1.Appraisals are not giving fairly 2.Work Load and not getting good pay if emp works more hours

On time salary, every year proper appraisal as per performance, lot of employee benefits similar to central government jobs, 5 days working.

Multiple superiors, Multiple reporting, and no body really realize what and how much you actually doing.

...rk will be hectic and it can test your patience depending upon roles we handle.. compensation benefits are good for CA freshers but very poor for CMA freshers. It's a place where ll be no training and freedom provided to explore various work. Simply there will be no boundaries if you want to explore..but you have to be on your toes and alert if not there is every probability becoming scape goat. Here many employees are working from years and it's difficult for them to mingle with incoming employees

...something else.. Company will squeeze you like anything... If you want to join.. negotiate good salary with HR...after joining will not get good increment every year

The RSM. a person achieve his 100%, but in appraisal u got only 5 marks. If u do good BUTTERING of ur sr. u got good appraisal. If u talk with HR they say that they can't help talk to ur reporting boss.
