Office politics, unofficial behaviour, HR and IT department is just for salary they even don't know how to treat with their employees, If company going in downfall continuously 2-3 day they will fire you ,Net revenue is just for the ceo and cos, if they fire you they didn't pay any thing for your work, Salary will credit in your account on every 7-9th of the month.They can call you in mid night , sat and Sunday

Horrible Culture Confused poor leader founder Heavy politics Grouping and discrimination No KRAS..everyone has to do everything You may also be asked to do personal favours like taking care of the Founder’s house kids and cleaning her washroom The Founder can’t get over her Entitled name and will treat everyone like a servant. Strict 9 hour job Only 7 holidays a year Everything is eventually a very very bad show.

Everything else. People are encouraged to shout at colleagues, HR makes untrue promises while joining. At the time of leaving, the promises get broken on various "Company Policy" grounds. For the leadership, even the most fine technical work is just a "work" and can be done by anybody. Being in repeated and randomly unplanned meetings to explain the outstanding work is more important than carrying out the work itself.
