The only positive is that the client's office is located in Manyata Tech Park

Dislikes

If you want to work in a place with no job security, you can join this company. Their culture involves a 45-day notice period, yet they don’t pay anything during that time. The biggest issue is their client, who has no clear vision; they just do what comes to mind. Beware of Altysys—it has the worst management. During joining, they promise 2 days a week in-office, but after a month, they claim your work is unsatisfactory and force you to work 5 days in-office or threaten to fire you.

I don't like anything there. I was worked there at lest 45 days after that they ask me to leave. Very poor work culture, management are not good enough.

Dislikes

I was allocated with one client as a DevOps Engineer. I was multiple time about the application details, but not anybody gave me this information. After sometime they told me you are not able to understand the work procedure. So you should have to leave. Management are not good they deal in a rubbish manner. Upper management need to learn team management. Long dealy in response after multiple pinged. I strongly suggest to not go there otherwise you will loose your job within 2-3 months. They hire me for permanent role but after 45days they ask me to leave. People play good politics they should be inside congress party.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
