It was one of the worst company to work with in my entire career though there was no choice to leave due to some circumstances and had to stay long.

Everything, only positive thing was you get timely salary

The most horrible work culture I have ever seen. The senior folks are so possessive about their jobs and are reluctant even to give KT's. They target you for every small thing. The managers are so rude that if you complain against anybody they will make sure to create a drama to get you out of that company.

Higher Management people are not upto the mark, they don't listen below scale employee suggestions. Older technologies, Legacy Applications. No learning scope. Observed partiality from higher management. If you want to be noted in the company, you have serve minimum 6 years, upto that, no one will remember you and won't give proper ratings eventhough you work hard.

Technical growth depends on project and manager.

Dislikes

Poor work-life balance, poor management, poor client handling, bulky application with multiple versions. They dont even buy time from clients to upgrade the system.
