Work culture is worst. No team management is there. No promotion no salary hike Some employees faced overwhelming work load while other had to do. Frustrated team leader.

Salary, the worst ever experience about salary, due to management issue they mark my wrong attendance and provided less salary, also after resignation not provided cheque of salary for intimation period, worst experience regarding salary.

Very very worst experience in my life that altrust company because working all peoples are slave they are offering one salary I getting low salary if they ask in pay roll they are not given a proper response shift timing also very bad ,sick time also not allow the leave also corona time also corona affecting people also working trust me that type off heart less people are working there ...if u do there job definitely u will be die ,carrier will be spoil .

It's a nice experience to work with Altruist Technologies from February 2020 to till now.. Good work environment.. Teammates are supportive.

The management doesn't address our issues.. Salary is low.. Career growth is slow.

They are not supporting at all , deducting salary and not paying on time properly , has also increased the work load and there is no culture for overtime.

They are not supportive at all , they are deducting salary for no reason , work load has increased over the limit and there is no culture for overtime , they are also firing a lot of people, and those who are working are currently starving due to delay in salaries and deductions.
