Job security and work culture are good in altruist but if I am talk about management then I'm not satisfied because without any information they are change TL and policy not give proper resolution what are doing on floor.Company policy are good

there are many politics and management doesn't address our issues. Not give proper resolution about salary (why some person talking 100% salary and some taking 50,60,75 etc. If we are doing same work) at a time covid19.

...n affair with the TL named Mahima Yogi. Always fake commitment to the customers. Salary issue they will deduct 40 to 50% salary without any reason and will never give them.
