Worked so much even when suffering from covid-19, but if we comes upon salary I.e nothing. I joined there as a fresher, worked under java developer team, they invested nothing just expected much work. In starting of 6 months no salary or incentive they provided to me or any freshers at my time of 2020. After that 8,000/- then 12,000/- like this. When i was shifted to another team then my salary was started as 8,000/-. Even at my last month of resignation I received only 4,000/- out of 12,000/- salary per month, during work from home 50% salary cut off.

...erything. They will ask u to work everyday and they won’t get you holiday. Coming to salary Team leaders will eat your salary you will not get full salary even though salary is very less. It’s better to not to join this company. Now I am in best MNC company. I will proudly say that after leaving that company my career is fantastic

...n affair with the TL named Mahima Yogi. Always fake commitment to the customers. Salary issue they will deduct 40 to 50% salary without any reason and will never give them.

Work culture is worst. No team management is there. No promotion no salary hike Some employees faced overwhelming work load while other had to do. Frustrated team leader.

There is no proper management, it is like west of dust which is useless. No proper salary distribution i think altruist is one of worast company i have ever join. Don’t look in spelling understand the emotions.
