Long working hrs but no benifits. 10 hrs duty plus 1 hr lunch time count for Sr staff other than travel time. Very bad welfare facilities. Worst food. Providing used blankets to Sr staff

Only Tamil and Keralas channel people put here 5 star and 4 stars rating because they have good facility for them selves, clearly discrimination with another people, Food and & accommodation is vary worst, transfer to employees every tow month that reason peoples moral going to down, if you raised the concern about food and accommodation then management silent on that topics you get useless reply on email or F2F.Company CO also told to management if any one complain about food and accommodation then told to this people leave the company but we are always provide the third class accommodation and food, no salary increment no application, Company owner also blind faith on management. Just few same south indian channel people are enjoying the walfare facility and Some Nepalis think that they are owner of the company.🥺

Biased actions, Discriminations... There is lot of politics and management has preplanned ideas for white wash existing staff. Complaint send to CEO & DIRECTORS... Nobody adress the concerns.
