Only one thing that I've noticed, is that developers have to work at client side, so the amount of pressure is high .

Dislikes

There is nothing bad about the organisation though, any org, will pay only if they are able to get some profit against you.

- Work life balance takes a toll when you are working in client projects and especially when clients are from Banking, Fintech industry. - Appraisals might not be that good, if you are not a manager's favorite.

Micro management. They dont value their employees, they value their client only. No job security. Client consider and treats us better than Altimetrik. If you have a valid reason and even if the client is okay, Altimetrik manager force you to come to office.

...u will be paid a lot on entering but the same will be reason for your exit also. Overall use the company for salary correction and leave to a better one.

Good learning opportnities and resources given if you're in early part of career you can learn in your pace. Many clients there i think, less likely you are spending time on bench

Dislikes

Salary hike are basic even client satisfaction is great. I think one have to more relevant to Altimerik than Client to get good appraisal. as of now WFH also removed. Few years you might have to jump different company if want better hike
