Micro management. They dont value their employees, they value their client only. No job security. Client consider and treats us better than Altimetrik. If you have a valid reason and even if the client is okay, Altimetrik manager force you to come to office.

Dislikes

- Work life balance takes a toll when you are working in client projects and especially when clients are from Banking, Fintech industry. - Appraisals might not be that good, if you are not a manager's favorite.

...oduct based. You will work for a client from Day 1. Diversity in work culture. Compensation and Employee benefits are fantastic. Flexible timing. Leave policy is also good. Flat organisation. Upper management is reachable. Help desk portal is awesome. Your queries are answered in timely manner.

Dislikes

Big challenge will be getting work based on your skillset. You need to work on different skillset if they can't find relevant client place. On boarding for a new hire could be better. It will cost a lot more time to identify your responsibility especially if you are WFH

... in the management - lack of communication from the management to subordinates. - less salary hikes - just a staffing company - if you are off boarded from the project, they won't even entertain you for a month.

Likes

Good service based company in Chennai, with good compensation and benefits, work life balance as its at all places depends on the project/team but generally it's good. Good Learning opportunities are available to people to make use of.

Dislikes

Client positions can feel isolated and more following client work culture rather than follow Altimetrik's.
