This company has ZERO work ethics and more concerned with saving money out of it's employees salary. Delayed FnF as well as reduced payment. The HR of the organisation make commitments which they cannot hold. Vague policy is in place which is hardly followed. Higher management is trying to save money like a local LALA shop. Hierarchy doesn't exist here, incompetent HR being placed (or to say part time HR part time Admin) with zero experience. Worst organisation I have ever worked in my entire career. Advice to Management Do learn to stand by your commitments and if you can't, don't commit atleast.

You will get a lot of learning here with lot of corporate politics.

They set unrealistic targets, put a lot of work pressure on you, and deduct a part of your salary every month because you can't meet those targets.

After you resign, you've to wait almost 3 months to get your salary and all dues. But they only give salary to me, not all the dues pending including 2000 rupees shipping charge to send laptop back with insurance

...ezzaSys Systems. for the period of 1/dec/2022 to 7/March/2023 on contract basis. They are not paying my FNF salary for Due month. So many times I am trying to call Mr Abhishek Singh but they are not receiving my call. Every mont I try to communicate with them via mail but each time they giving me same reason "We are paying your salary in next month" but still not paid. Now it's 18th Sep 3023.
