... ur 100% affort and after 2-3 yrs you will get very less increment in ur salary. And if you will go to sites in night time and if you hire cabs then you have to pay by own pocket.

Working here with someone refrence Or in blood relation will be great here for availing any type of facility, blood relation or Refrence are bigger then anyone experience and degree No corporate culture No Employee welfare No action for Lazy employees Simple funda applies here Kaam jo krega usko kaam diya jayega Jo kaam nhi krega usko aaram Or paise or position diya jayega Poor culture
