Everyone is friendly and supportive.

Company culture - Good

Dislikes

My time at this company was frustrating due to multiple factors. The non-negotiable "no work from home" policy, regardless of circumstances, made work-life balance difficult. The lack of learning opportunities was disheartening. Furthermore, the company's resistance to upgrading and reliance on outdated technologies hindered progress and innovation. Overall, a disappointing experience with limited prospects for professional growth.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Work culture is the worst while being compared to other companies. Can be made better with better management. Training must be provided with detail and not expect freshers to start on any project with no experience within that particular domain.
