Horrible place to work. They may advertise as great place to work. However, you will only biasness to the core of every promotion/band progression. They will not be ashamed to promote people by cheating in the important certifications for the promotions. Also, the management is so horrible that they will only and only promote one specific religion-based people who can't speak two correct sentences of English. You will be shocked to see the diversity in management as they only promote what we call as "Chaploose" to the height that senior managers are reclessly moved out of the Team if not fitting into their personal ego fulfillment. This is the worst decision of my work carrier and make sure if you are not the one who can carry tiffin bags , laptop bags, give door service and out of working hours service to your supervisor then this is not the place for you.

Work life balance is ok and there are opportunities to learn in few projects.

Allstate India(AIPL) is no longer the company it used to be. Layoffs, poor salary, promotions without hikes, cost cuts, poor senior leadership with lot of internal politics and bias. No onsite opportunities nor growth aspects.

...best company with good values but the people managing it in India are the worst. Company is giving such a great package that once you loose the job no other companies have the ability to hire you with that package.

Dislikes

The way the higher management behave towards the agent level folks. Not even the HR is going to sack even a TL level employee even though the company has strong rules against Harrasment against women. They're always trying to save the management staff and ask the complainant to leave the company. So if you are joining as a manager you will Rock

Full of politics no learning in any projects In the name of pair programming they micro manage as update of each hour Use abusive language in meeting specially pune team . They treat employee like shit . They manipulate higher management. If we someone complaint to HR about manager they put them in PIP and make sure they put papers without offer letter.

It feels really awesome as allstate is really different from other companies

Dislikes

Salary hike is very poor, where in a new employee gets a decent hike of 30+% and the employee working from years won't even get 10% properly, it would be really good if employee gets a decent yearly hike like around minimum 20%
