They pay you good salary but 100% No job security they can remove you at any time please think before join I am suffering now. My life spoiled because of this company think EMI, commitments etc.. Zero trust if u have trust you can join/stay. finally one day you will get call you need to resign immediately struggles starts. I know how many peoples removed from Allstate.

No salary hike. No job security. No free food. Paid food quality not good. No promotions.. If promotion will be there then also no salary hike...only positions will be virtually told. Excess Work and team Politics..

The open desk culture which allows any team member to reach any other employee even senior management is somewhat I truly admire in Allstate. Everybody is treated equal and the friendly vibe which is felt all around the organization is great. Allstate India is very supportive for learning. The certifications are being sponsored by the organization. Allstate is always on the cutting edge technologies and encourage the empoyees to persistently upskilling themselves.

Dislikes

The compensation needs to be adjusted to the market standards. It is always below the industry benchmarks. The employees who are with the organization for a long time are the most impacted due to this.

Being a insurance company it asks employees to pay for the insurance of the parents and has 5k restrictions on the room rent which is too less for the current situation. Employee Insurance policy needs revision.

Full of politics no learning in any projects In the name of pair programming they micro manage as update of each hour Use abusive language in meeting specially pune team . They treat employee like shit . They manipulate higher management. If we someone complaint to HR about manager they put them in PIP and make sure they put papers without offer letter.
