...rtance for employees. They are only keen about company growth and their targets. When u resign they won't provide you the actual pay. Regarding the same if we try to contact the hr team they won't give proper response. Even they hesitate to talk or replay. I won't suggest anyone to join this company.

Everyone was supportive especially My Team lead Vivek who's currently promoted as Manager in same company supported me a lot even colleagues were so supportive and helpful.

Salary should be increased other than that everything seems to be fine n good.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Best place to work as a Fresher. High scope for growth as the company gives promotion through IJP. Opportunity is given for tallent rather than tenure. Good work culture.

Sometimes they extend the shift hours based on requirement (OT pay will be given)
