The thing is, manager have no idea about the domain, and manager always depend on the SRA or juniors for any query or client dispatches. The Manager should take all bullets fired from the clients, but no manager stays back, relaxes and when the matter gets too bad, then manager will come with baseless answers and dissolves the project once for all. Few managers are very supportive but few are not. One of my friend was laid out because he was using phone and watching a video of a game. Actually he was terminated on the spot, he told me there was no justification asked from him or atleast allowed to put forth his case. I doubt he received his experience letter or not. There was this guy,who joined as secondary associate and it was just 3 months, he was in his probation period, and he was laid off infront of all employees just because he was not knowing how to do market estimation. Now that is a very bad thing for a newbie and for the company, I don't know who was that manager. Around 50-70 people were laid off in January 2024 because company was not making profits. Suggestion - The company is moving towards automation so it is better you start your career in other companies than AMR, once you learn how to handle client and how to make market estimation then you enter in this company. Please take my suggestion seriously. The future is not good in market research, because this is a very small industry. You better take the job in your domain itself, like finance, marketing or HR. Market research is all based on assumptions only. Because every MNCs have there own research team to check whether the data they procured from market research companies is valid or not. There are highly chances where a client becomes happy and come back again to buy reports.

First of all they are selling fake data to the clients, secondly there is no work life balance if they have any task they will call you outside the working hours and expect you to do the task at the moment, thirdly the office culture is worst than you can expect, the seniors will try to blame everything on you even if its there fault. If any client who is purchasing a report from this company ask them to give you the source for there data, then you will understand the nature of the company.

Nothing! The top management constitutes illiterate and imbicle who humiliates the middle management and managers. The company is purely profit oriented and cares absolutely nothing about employee growth and work satisfaction. The incentives are lied about and always come with unexpected deductions. The CEO barely cares about the company anymore and the firm is runned by idiots who have barely completed their graduation and have no prior industry related experience.

1. Zero employee growth, people are treated like blue collar workers. 2. Extremely low salary package as per industry standard and compared to other firms in same industry. Very high attrition rate! 3. Senior Management is only profit oriented 4. The office has some serious ethics and professional issues right from HR, teams, and management
