Salary receive after 2 months on average. We are still left for the salary for the month of October. HR during joining commits differently and after joining behave differently. We have received our appointment letter after 1 month of joining (purposely, so that people after getting offer didn't escape) because notice period is of 3 months and salary cycle is after two months which was not informed while joining. They also didn't credit the PF and I'm left with credit from last two years.

not getting salary or allowances on time.may be you will get first month salary on time.They really don't know how to mange clients or projects, working environment is so bad in India,may be good in abroad countries,no career growth.company getting excellent projects,but don't know how to handle till end

There is no salary increase every year. The management will give it whenever it decides. Sometimes there is no salary increase for 2 years. If you ask HR, they say it will happen but actual reason they don't know when. Because the management will decide. No increment cycle.
