I worked with ADSL for 2hrs as full time. If you work on a good project then u get the salary at least timing. Usually, the salary not come properly. Also, Kolkata Regional has no capability to handle any project.

There is no salary increase every year. The management will give it whenever it decides. Sometimes there is no salary increase for 2 years. If you ask HR, they say it will happen but actual reason they don't know when. Because the management will decide. No increment cycle.

It's an organisation where politics and blame game thrives, no fix date of salary, variable pay doesn't get paid, HR department is pathetic, no annual appraisal happens as no KPI and KRA of individuals is defined and set

Late salary sometime even two month late, no learning and development platform, no work life balance, employees are treated as machine you dont know tomorow which site you will work. Mnaagement does not listen to employee concern, govt type management who dont know modern mnaagement techniques

Dislikes

Stagnant type job, zero improvements from the post you got selected. No connection with higher management nor higher management thinks about employees development.
