I have been working at Allianz Tech for the past 4.5 years. Overall a great company and great work culture. I love my team and manager. Good work culture and Great work life balance. Annual Parties are the best.

Dislikes

...the worst. Hike and bonus pay is very less. Not treating the old employees well. Outside employees and newcomers are getting good compensation and benefits.

If you are getting good appraisal and you are receiving your salary exactly at the months last date, then of-course yes Allianz Technology is really concerned about its employees and it is a good oraganization to work with.

Yearly compensation has to improve, however they paid good to all employees during Pandemic. And parental insurance has to be covered in the same 5 lakhs which they gave for employees, there wife and kids

No salary or bonus cut during covid.overall the company is too good. If you have a good salary this is somewhere you can settle. Its something like college you will all the celebrations and games throughout the year and many parties. Allianz party are the best in IT parks in kerala.

Freshers salary is soo less and the salary increment is low it wil take you years to build up your salary

Allianz is a good company to work with mostly because of the people and culture.

from past 2 yrs there was no proper compensation provided to employees despite their hard work and excelling records, secondly for promotional hiring they do not match salaries to market standards which is not fair at all. Allianz will keep on paying employees 25-30 lpa who are on bench for 6months to a year maybe even more than that, but will pay way below market standards to a deserving candidate who is working day and night to make projects work
