Terribly low pay for freshers who have started with Allianz even after 2 years of experience. Those who have joined Allianz from other companies have much higher pay even if we do the same job and have same experience.

Allianz is a good company to work with mostly because of the people and culture.

Dislikes

from past 2 yrs there was no proper compensation provided to employees despite their hard work and excelling records, secondly for promotional hiring they do not match salaries to market standards which is not fair at all. Allianz will keep on paying employees 25-30 lpa who are on bench for 6months to a year maybe even more than that, but will pay way below market standards to a deserving candidate who is working day and night to make projects work
