While I really enjoy working at ALLEN Career Institute and appreciate the supportive work environment and opportunities for professional development, one area that I think could be improved is the lack of communication among team members. Faculties are valued if they do their job with dedication. Salary is offered as per the faculty potential. Appraisal for every year is very good. Faculties are the foundation of Allen career institute

Dislikes

Judgements against a faculty on the basis of Politics and conspiracy. All Hard work, devotion to Allen and honesty of a faculty vanishes under that conspiracy and politics. Higher authorities don't even listen to the blamed faculty.

Salary on time..the only positive thing.... remaining cons are following Allen indore has completely pathetic work culture,no work life balance,no social life,No credit or appreciation for ur good work/feed back,career Growth literally sucks...will not recommend at all to anyone...Kota Allen has best ever work culture with Great work life balance,once you posted by kota HO,now no one will take care of ur career or ur concerns.

...y pay 25000 p.m only to fresher's and max 35k for 2 years experienced faculties. Appraisal time suddenly they show loss and no appraisal given so i worked for very less salary that i had to ask money from parents for rent. Even your Average feedback is 97% no good hike in salary as per the expensive city. Increment is like always in future in air

During covid the condition of the company detoriated. There were salary cut. Base pay was decreased. Increment salary was not given neither was yearly increment done.

People at higher authority treat their subordinates in not a very professional manner.
