Joined allen in Jan 2016, as they were paid well earlier but after 2 years there is no appraisal and appreciation, nothing to learn, no work life balance (anyone call you at midnight even weekends ,as there is no weekend, 24x7 working, worst-ever office politics) .Also there is no such platform or management where an employee can rise his/her issues/problems. Very bad experience of 5.5 years

Nothing to learn, office politics, not good payout, salary is very less as per industry standards, no awards, no work recognition, frustrating office hours

Nothing to like except the HR department, they can help you in any manners you need while resigning 🤣

...ary 2016 because I heard that it is big name in coaching industry and paid well. But I don't think so, very less salary as compare to industry. They don't value an employee until he/she can talk to the manager/boss like I am resigning.

Initially things were good where we were able to think out of the box, give suggestions and help in strategizing.

Dislikes

... your hard work results in salary deductions in the name of "org restructuring". The people sitting at the top consider people's hard earned money and salary package as "Lotteries". No scope of learning and development.

...they never fired to anyone but now they are terminated us without any reason 3.Also they are not giving us compensation not even for 1 month they are saying that your performance is very very brilliant but we are nit able to pay your salary 4. They have very very poor HR department…ALLEN should give us a rating form for out hr department they will get 0 start m sure about this 5.after working so hard they are terminating me without any reason

Dislikes

While I really enjoy working at ALLEN Career Institute and appreciate the supportive work environment and opportunities for professional development, one area that I think could be improved is the lack of communication among team members. I believe implementing regular team meetings or using a communication platform could help to improve collaboration and ensure everyone is on the same page.
