While I really enjoy working at ALLEN Career Institute and appreciate the supportive work environment and opportunities for professional development, one area that I think could be improved is the lack of communication among team members. Job security with less salary

...y pay 25000 p.m only to fresher's and max 35k for 2 years experienced faculties. Appraisal time suddenly they show loss and no appraisal given so i worked for very less salary that i had to ask money from parents for rent. Even your Average feedback is 97% no good hike in salary as per the expensive city. Increment is like always in future in air

Even with so much changes going on ,Allen is really one of the better places you can work on. Obviously some aspects depends upon the Centre you are in but some old centres are really good for work life balance and quality work.

... policy. 2.Trust on Employees who are with them for years,shouldn't go down. 3.Commitment to Salary during hiring should be fulfilled, Deduction in the name of X,Y,Z reason shouldn't happen.

Not good company to work. Earlier it was good. Now no career here. They decrease the salary and work is too hectic.
