...r manager even they are wrong, this is the way you can get appreciation here. You will not get any clear idea about your salary and deductions. They are not a good listener for your problem. HR policies are not so good. They are having superior boss like behavior and threatened sometimes rather helping people for their problems and unsatisfaction. You will find sometimes your working manager is less qualified and less skilled than you and they will shout out 'compliance compliance' but in reality they have little knowledge about compliance. So if you're a knowledgeable person, they will suppress your growth. You can't be polite here. If you are, then everyone will try to break jackfruit on your head. If you agree for any kind of fault even it's not your fault, then you are secure. If you want to go against anyone or any bad practice, then you better find another job. Alkem prefers people from bihar. You will find people from whole India but people from bihar will dominate anyhow. Even a PW or CW workers can be abusive and no one will stand by your side guaranteed. Company policies changes frequently. e.g., 1 month notice period changes to 3 months. And you will face difficulties getting relieving letter even you did great job for alkem or having family problem. Alkem trying to implement compliance and things are changing. But how compliance can be implemented if management will not listen and doesn't address your issues.

HR has no domination. Management dose the dictatorship with employees No job sequrity for those who wants to stay with alkem.

... for same data again in hard copy which was upload to there online site already. Canteen:- facility is unhygienic and poor Manpower managements: Is poor Work related :- JD provided during interview is okay but they were change after joining and forcing to do task not related to my JD Salary Payment:- come on time but the claim we have to do will come after many follow up , like we are come here to do work or follow-ups. Team:- Team members have not even talk in a month if a person is looking plant individually Politics:- Is extremely on it’s peak with sweet poison

... stop to take you instead they will say auto pakad ke ajao even for night shift. And you won't be able to find out why you are getting low salary even if you worked whole month without taking leave i don't know about other plants but don't come to amaliya dama plant these people are bunch of illiterate. They don't have a working culture worst than a domestic company.

Salary should be paid on time, every work should be done as per the system, every work should be transparent even at the stockist level

...e ME has resigned from the company then why did he do so without further notice. ZBM also does not pay attention to what the actual problem of ME is and considers the report of DSM as the final report.
