Team:- Team members have not even talk in a month if a person is looking plant individually Politics:- Is extremely on it’s peak with sweet poison

Salary hike is good but when you are a new joiners. Food facilities are good. There is no any overtime or other compensation for extra working hours. No schedule for working hours.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.i love that fact that i am part of team that markets reliable high quality products and has a global client base.

Insufficiency salary my expense and the work pressure is very high. I have to attend clients calls in the evening and some time late into night.

... stop to take you instead they will say auto pakad ke ajao even for night shift. And you won't be able to find out why you are getting low salary even if you worked whole month without taking leave i don't know about other plants but don't come to amaliya dama plant these people are bunch of illiterate. They don't have a working culture worst than a domestic company.

Salary should be paid on time, every work should be done as per the system, every work should be transparent even at the stockist level

...e ME has resigned from the company then why did he do so without further notice. ZBM also does not pay attention to what the actual problem of ME is and considers the report of DSM as the final report.
