And you won't be able to find out why you are getting low salary even if you worked whole month without taking leave i don't know about other plants but don't come to amaliya dama plant these people are bunch of illiterate. They don't have a working culture worst than a domestic company.

Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike

Manegement is not controlling old operators,HR doesn't action old operators.by which their one-sided rule runs.Even after not being able to do any work, some people have been given the post of Operators,Technicians,managers and high salary pay

Salary hike is good but when you are a new joiners. Food facilities are good. There is no any overtime or other compensation for extra working hours. No schedule for working hours.

Canteen:- facility is unhygienic and poor Manpower managements: Is poor Work related :- JD provided during interview is okay but they were change after joining and forcing to do task not related to my JD Salary Payment:- come on time but the claim we have to do will come after many follow up , like we are come here to do work or follow-ups. Team:- Team members have not even talk in a month if a person is looking plant individually Politics:- Is extremely on it’s peak with sweet poison
