Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give average salary hike and bonus every year.

... for same data again in hard copy which was upload to there online site already. Canteen:- facility is unhygienic and poor Manpower managements: Is poor Work related :- JD provided during interview is okay but they were change after joining and forcing to do task not related to my JD Salary Payment:- come on time but the claim we have to do will come after many follow up , like we are come here to do work or follow-ups.
