Absolutely nothing. HR dept there are 10 people in HR dept for 100 employees Iam not sure what they are doing except playing Foosball and Carrom In the name of cost cutting they won't provide your variable and appraisal will be in single digit. I want to know what these more than 10 people are doing inHRdept all the memes have come True.

Everything. Politics has ruined the environment. Managers of dept are incompetent.

The people in Unifrax are all good. Accept some who are not there now. You do your work sincierly n you will be rewarded. The office timings are flexible.
