1) The pay is not upto the mark and there is not much being done to give good hikes although they promise it during each cycle. 2) High Attrition rate. 3) Complacency on part of senior employees.

The work environment is great. Great support during the Pandemic, timely salary disbursements, Bonus disbursements, and also company is providing appraisal even in COVID. The teams have also got help from Network teams regarding systems and devices.

I miss the lunch that was provided to employees earlier

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. The culture is almost free of politics. Leadership is excellent very humble and always ready to listen.

Compensation is good but needs more efforts in making the company from very good to excellent.
