...tile environment. lack of corporate ethics. - zero motivation for the employees. - salary is not up to market standard. - no benefits or perks - while office infrastructure is good, but the space is poorly managed. - the product has lacked future potential. - no work-life balance. - once you join, then you will be inside a cage - hr always insists on writing positive reviews on Glassdoor, Ambition, Indeed. regardless of whether the employee agrees or not and this leads to heavy micromanagement. - everyone used to talk about how to leave their job in their tea time no one never discusses about growth of the company, which is really found crazy.

Office infrastructure can be improved and weekly at least one work from home can be considered for people to recoup from the daily travel and traffic in Bangalore.

Better this company has to shut and the management has to analyze the B2B/Publishing market first. The reality is the company business is inefficient as per the market standard, and the business is stagnating in each department. Designs has no updated tools to optimize, it's an 80's software where lots of lag issues while work is done. takes a lot of hurdles to fix them. IT is clueless what they are doing in reality. Poor UK MD spending huge money to fix issues daily.

And most importantly the company offers low salaries to those who can't afford a bacon butty or scotch eggs and enforces heavy micromanagement. which leaves employees feeling undervalued and frustrated. There is a minimal focus on employee satisfaction or development, leading to high dissatisfaction. The work culture feels stiffing, and the company md has a lot of goodwill published on internet is "Whistleblower's bullying & harassment claims". no facilities, no insurance, no transport, no food, no respect, full of micromanagement since it's registered, full of illiterates works in India office with fake English spoken personality.

Got opportunity to liaise with people from different companies as I was talking to them regarding the invoice.

Dislikes

The company doesn’t have a fair way of treating employees. It’s a small family business from the UK and the management treats India office very bad. People are asked to leave suddenly without any particular reason or prior notice. They work through an agency here in Bangalore and the payroll creates a big issue at the time of finding a new job.
