There is a minimal focus on employee satisfaction or development, leading to high dissatisfaction. - There are directors, managers and employees who are not in sync. - poor marketing strategies. - employees are not valued, they are insulted/shouted at instead. a very hostile environment. lack of corporate ethics. - zero motivation for the employees. - salary is not up to market standard. - no benefits or perks - while office infrastructure is good, but the space is poorly managed. - the product has lacked future potential. - no work-life balance. - once you join, then you will be inside a cage - hr always insists on writing positive reviews on Glassdoor, Ambition, Indeed. regardless of whether the employee agrees or not and this leads to heavy micromanagement. - everyone used to talk about how to leave their job in their tea time no one never discusses about growth of the company, which is really found crazy....Read More
