...the company. There is no professionalism, work ethics or team work at any level. Salary delays on a regular basis. Accounts department and CEO's close relatives are treated with special privilege when honest and hardworking employees are struggling to survive. It is very difficult to identify who is not related or associated with the top management. The best place to learn 'how not to manage a company' Majority of the employees are either relatives or family friends of the top management. The HR team comes into picture only when they receive the CVs of selected candidates from CEO's office. Those who focus on work are unfortunate enough to face obstacles on a regular basis while their intentions would never be appreciated. Unusual timeframe for processing the employment visa.

Thsi company is very big group of company. i was working in abudhabi factory for abudhabi airport project.

...s were very cooperative , and hard working, i learned so much from this company. they were delaying salary.
