A lot of sincere, hardworking and efficient employees are there in the team

The top management is absolutely hopeless. Authority is concentrated on one person and his 'most favorite ones'. The CEO screams and threatens the employees for nothing. No organizational structure or hierarchy in the company. There is no professionalism, work ethics or team work at any level. Salary delays on a regular basis. Accounts department and CEO's close relatives are treated with special privilege when honest and hardworking employees are struggling to survive. It is very difficult to identify who is not related or associated with the top management. The best place to learn 'how not to manage a company' Majority of the employees are either relatives or family friends of the top management. The HR team comes into picture only when they receive the CVs of selected candidates from CEO's office. Those who focus on work are unfortunate enough to face obstacles on a regular basis while their intentions would never be appreciated. Work Details

In spite of being dedicated at work, it may not be possible to continue if you are not a relative of the top management. Be ready for harassment, mental torturing and unhealthy and cheap internal politics. A place of unhealthy practices and bad culture.
