Accounts department and CEO's close relatives are treated with special privilege when honest and hardworking employees are struggling to survive. It is very difficult to identify who is not related or associated with the top management. The best place to learn 'how not to manage a company' Majority of the employees are either relatives or family friends of the top management. The HR team comes into picture only when they receive the CVs of selected candidates from CEO's office.
