At time of joining, Job security was ample. Work ethics as applicable. Salary for first few years was on time.

I wish i could write anything good about this company. It was a good company a couple of years back.Used to pay good incentives, salaries were on time, had a lot of prestigious projects. But now there is not a single thing from above mentioned qualities to be proud of being a part of this company

The worst thing is salary delay . There is currently a salary delay of 3 months. There are no incentives, no salary hikes, and top of that total partiality towards Arabic staff. They don't even come out of their offices, sit and smoke inside all the time. Even a person who ranks higher and is of different origin, has got no respect or power here. No work culture at all. The Arabic managers / senior staffs take the company vehicle for their own personal works, while those who are at site are forced to take taxi to go back to accommodation.

...anagement. Staff are very good. But there is no career growth. No job security. They hold 4 months payment. Company is Closing soon. Though it's a Dubai based it has nothing to do with it. It's fully Indian operation and never saw growth. It has no ethics. Higher management put the company into well.

Nothing is good here. They don't provide cab or rooms. Though they provide rooms they don't pay rent. House owner threw out us many times. They don't even pay their office rent and current bill. Right now there is no power in Bangalore RO employees are simply coming and sitting in a dark room. So many vendors came and locked up the office,broke the computers. Very insecure to work. Even at the site clients are very angry on the company they also sent us out.

...y. There is no systems. Its not at all advisiable to go into this organization. I worked for 4 months I did'nt got even one month salary. No response from HR.
