...g and you get to make decisions that would have not been possible in big MNCs. - During the tough phase (pandemic), there was no pay cut and no fires - No politics - Better than Industry standards pay - Great health insurance If you love your work and are ambitious, Aktivolabs is the place that will give you that platform to achieve it.

...e through it. But this is a start-up & the benefits are also in multiple folds. So hard work pays.

Good work culture and salary

Dislikes

Work environment is bad. Work load is too much that employees don't have time to sleep and have lunch break. Employees work for 24/7 as it's WFH. Its Health care company but not bothered about employees health.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
