My overall experience with Aktivolabs was great. I have worked there for more than 2 yrs. - Work is great and very dynamic. It's a fast-paced culture which I personally loved. - Teams are working on some of the latest, cutting-edge tech. Teams have great synergy. - Management is very supportive and backs you up when you take a strategic call. Aktivolabs believes in giving responsibility/ownerships, which is a great learning and you get to make decisions that would have not been possible in big MNCs. - During the tough phase (pandemic), there was no pay cut and no fires - No politics - Better than Industry standards pay - Great health insurance If you love your work and are ambitious, Aktivolabs is the place that will give you that platform to achieve it....Read More

Dislikes

Work-life balance is good, but do not expect it to be like an MNCs. If you are the owner and something goes wrong you are expected to see through it. But this is a start-up & the benefits are also in multiple folds. So hard work pays.
