Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

May be you may find jobs on lots of children organizations. But why Akshaya Patra is different means its company run by both spiritual gurus as well as professionals, such an unique structure. Strong policies. Wonderful CEO and CHRO. Great leadership. Their Down to earth mentality. Also working for Krishna also for children is a great combination. I love Krishna and Children. This is why this many Im working with Akshaya Patra. It is also a Great place to work certified. Ans ISO 22000 certified organization.
