They create a good vibe that helps us learn and grow without feeling stressed. 5)Working with my colleagues is great. we collaborate well together, and everyone is willing to help each other out. The company provides opportunities for advancement, and I can see the future for myself within the organization.

1)The break areas could be improved. 2)There is room for improvement in diversity and inclusion initiatives, I find a lot of Telugu-speaking people working here. 3)limited remote work opportunities make achieving a flexible work-life balance challenging. 4)Sometimes the work gets really busy during certain releases and can get a bit stressful. 5)There aren't enough bathrooms for everyone, which can be annoying. 6)Need more parking space, car parking is not available.

Doing interesting and challenging work here. Have also received a reward with an annual bonus as a token of appreciation. So, it genuinely boosted my self-confidence. Plus, I am receiving full co-operation from my TL and Manager. We share a cordial relationship. Good organization on the whole.
