The work culture is diverse and welcoming .We get to explore new things , and if you perform well, there are plenty of awards given.The company even gas a great employee recognition program to celebrate achievement and hard work

I am able to latest tools and access required resources while doing my job. I learn many things from my superiors. My manager is good and we have a supportive environment. I am happy with the salary package provided

The work life balance sucks. Although the office timings are 9:30-6:30 you have to work for more hours or late nights often and you also need to work on weekends mostly

Focus is on being process oriented. Things are well organized and systematic in nature. Seniors define your roles and responsibilities clearly. They are open to discussions and keep motivating. Happy to have such efficient understanding colleagues. The org. has got a diverse culture which makes this workplace fun interesting at the same time.

Doing interesting and challenging work here. Have also received a reward with an annual bonus as a token of appreciation. So, it genuinely boosted my self-confidence. Plus, I am receiving full co-operation from my TL and Manager. We share a cordial relationship. Good organization on the whole.
