Please make sure one negotiate well on designation, salary, permanent status and other benefits before joining company as it can impact long term goal to stay with company and overall financial satisfaction. There is virtually no transparency with regard to the above mentioned points and one has to be very vigilant on the same failing which otherwise could lead to unsatisfactory overall package, position, status etc. With regard to work culture if one is operating with foreign clients then it is challenging and regarding as well. I don't have idea on working with domestic (Indian) projects in the Company as my Clients are overseas.

Virtually no transparency in salary, permanent or contract status or designation etc. Experience skills and past designation are not well considered during offer. Candidate had to negotiate strongly for his/ her own case and stay firm on the offering that one has in his / her mind.

KL office has 40 hours per week spread over four and half days with flexible timings.

Dislikes

75% of the resources are on contract and through agencies on the contracts like "No-Work-No-Pay". They don't consider human factors like during covid time, the physical office was locked down due to some reported covid cases and people had to return back to home and the management did not have any provision for contractual employees, etc.

... company and caste base discrimination , harassments to women by male staff low salary , No growth , No increment high workload and if your caste match to manager and Team Lead than you are favorite get easily promotion , onsite opportunity and they don't have employees value and insulting if you are than manager and teal lead give old project and end project and heavy workload male staff harss to unmarried single girls and passing comment on girls character company should be close Dont join this company Aker solution hijewadi pune
