Whole system is fake .They first Hire employee at Different salary and the middle ZM took half salaary out of that ..and says haven't completed your task even In First' months..No salary for Training even also..Sucks

Full of stress even work for 14 to15 hr per day have to work including Sunday for big day shit Weekly 5 days has big day no more breathing time to expose our knowledge

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 8 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
