No work life balance at all, no growth opportunities, high toxic culture, while organisation permits work from home, the teams are not flexible & expect everyone to be in office everyday

- Poor management (you can become managers even after 5 years of experience in Industry) - Strict Micromanagement based toxic work culture - Strict Work from Office - Managers will make your life hell - People who keeps buttering managers get promoted - Managers are terrible - No particular way of working. Manager’s expectations are unrealistic - Some of managers are there only because of excellent English( technically 0) - No career growth

WLB is poor. Work is totally out dated. Career growth is negligible. Pay is laughable. Management is oblivious and arrogant. Managers are non-technical. HR's are arrogant and bears grudge against employees. People are untrained and lack skill. Company policies are not employee friendly and profit-oriented. Work culture is characterized by back-stabbing. Job security is non-existent. Politics is dominant. Yes boss culture is rampant. Hikes are less than inflation if not 0. Skill people are degraded by fellow members. Please work on these things.
